The Jolly Frog
Work: Wall design based on Frederick Polydore Nodder's zoological engraving "Edible frog or common green frog", published in a magazine1806.
Original Artist: Frederick Polydore Nodder (1770 – c. 1800) was an English illustrator, engraver and painter. Nodder illustrated George Shaw's periodical The Naturalist's Miscellany. He also helped Joseph Banks prepare the Banks' Florilegium and converted most of Sydney Parkinson's Australian plant drawings from the Endeavour expedition into paintings and helped engrave them for publication. There are Nodder drawings and paintings of Australian birds and butterflies in the Natural History Division of the National Museum of Ireland.

Each design is realized by experienced printers using the highest quality printing methods, from exclusive hand screen printing, through haptic printers to state-of-the-art multi-color printing. The optimal printing process is chosen for each Mount Starling work.
